SBI approved divesting a 6.3007% stake in SBI Funds Management (SBIFML) via IPO, with Amundi also divesting. A total 10.0013% stake in India's largest AMC will be listed. SBIFML manages 1,199,000 Cr QAAUM and 1,632,000 Cr AUM (Alternates), aiming to unlock stakeholder value.
