Bhartiya International's board approved Q2 & H1 FY26 consolidated results. Q2 revenue hit ₹399.4 Cr with ₹9.93 Cr profit. H1 revenue reached ₹679.4 Cr with ₹15.52 Cr profit. All remaining 4.26 lakh warrants converted to equity. Company is also selling a property for ₹31 Cr and relocating operations.
