TCI Express Limited — Board Meeting, 06-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TCI Express board approved Q2/H1 results: Consolidated net profit hit Rs 24.93 Cr for the quarter and Rs 43.38 Cr for the half-year. The company will acquire TCI Global (Singapore) for up to SGD 18,000 to expand regional presence, also backing its Singapore unit with a SGD 5M corporate guarantee.
