The company's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. There are also significant changes to the Board of Directors. Ms. Varsha Chaudhary Jain has resigned as Whole Time Director, effective December 31, 2025, due to personal reasons. Mr. Rajiv Lochan Jain's second term as an Independent Non-Executive Director concludes on December 31, 2025. Furthermore, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Gajanan Vithal Gandhe has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director for a five-year term starting January 01, 2026, pending shareholder approval. The board also authorized new Key Managerial Personnel for disclosures.
