NHPC's board approved Q2 & H1 FY25 consolidated financial results. H1 net profit hit ₹2,086.46 Cr, with an EPS of ₹2.08. The company also confirmed a ₹0.51/share dividend paid for FY24-25 and operational updates on new projects. Merger of subsidiary JPCL is progressing. No debt defaults.
