ABB India's board approved Q3 & 9-month consolidated financial results ended Sept 30, 2025. Q3 Profit was 409.04 Cr on Revenue of 3,310.72 Cr. The company also confirmed its Robotics & Discrete Automation segment's spin-off into a new subsidiary, ABB Robotics India Pvt Ltd.
