Ujaas Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 06-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ujaas Energy's board approved a capital increase from ₹45 Cr to ₹52 Cr. They also plan to raise ₹140.33 Cr via a preferential issue of 12.76 Cr shares at ₹11 each to non-promoters, and allot 24 Cr shares to SVA Family Welfare Trust. All subject to shareholder approval.
