Ceinsys Tech's Board approved Q2 & H1 financial results and greenlit a new IT services subsidiary in Saudi Arabia (initial investment up to Rs 1 Cr). CEO Prashant Kamat resigned (effective Dec 31), while Surej Poyil stepped down as Whole-Time Director but continues as CEO designate.
