Kaveri Seed reported H1 FY26 consolidated revenue up 14.54% to 1077.43 Cr, PAT up 7.12% to 310.96 Cr. Strong non-cotton portfolio, especially maize, drove growth. Cotton sales were impacted by illegal seeds and production costs. The Board suggested a 250% dividend.
