Cineline India became debt-free, selling a hotel asset for ₹270 Cr and reducing debt by ₹228 Cr, saving ₹22 Cr annually. This fuels cinema expansion with a capital-light, revenue-share model. Q2FY26 revenue reached ₹64.26 Cr (+14% YoY), EBITDA ₹15.12 Cr (+10% YoY). 5 new screens are planned.
