RSWM Limited approved Q2/H1 financial results. The company will acquire LNJ Greenpet for Rs 20.01 Cr, integrating PET recycling. Spinning operations at its Chhata unit closed. RSWM also invested up to Rs 60 Cr in Adani renewable energy for 60 MW solar & wind power.
