Satchmo Holdings Ltd — Important, 06-11-2025: Company Update

Satchmo Holdings and its subsidiary NVPL successfully settled their One-Time Settlement (OTS) dues of Rs. 70 Cr and Rs. 3.78 Cr, respectively, with an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC). This led to the discharge of liabilities and the return of their original title documents. However, the ARC has now revoked the overall in-principle OTS granted to the Company and its two subsidiaries. A balance of Rs. 31.44 Cr was still pending for the second subsidiary, MVPL, which had sought a 45-day extension. Satchmo Holdings is disputing this revocation and plans to pursue legal recourse. This situation introduces uncertainty regarding the company's debt resolution strategy.
