Amber Enterprises reported a Q2FY26 loss of ₹32 Cr (vs profit ₹21 Cr), with flattish revenue of ₹1,647 Cr due to weather and GST impact. H1FY26 revenue grew 25% to ₹5,096 Cr. Company raised ₹1,000 Cr via QIP. Electronics division saw strong growth (+30% Q2), and Railway order book stands at ₹2,600 Cr.
