GTT Data's board approved Q2 & H1 financial results. It greenlit acquiring 100% of Antworks (up to ₹70 Cr share swap) and Insurant AI (up to $1.8M share swap). Also, authorized a preferential share issue for these deals and boosted authorized capital to ₹70 Cr.
