GTT Data Solutions Ltd — Important, 07-11-2025: Company Update

GTT Data Solutions' Board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will acquire 100% stakes in Antworks Solutions India Private Limited (for up to ₹70 Cr), which strengthens AI automation, and Insurant AI Limited (for up to USD 1.80 Million), expanding its InsurTech market presence. These acquisitions will be funded by issuing new equity shares through a preferential issue under a share swap. To support this, the company increased its authorized share capital from ₹65 Cr to ₹70 Cr and constituted a Merger & Acquisition Committee.
