GTT Data Solutions' board recently approved its financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company also announced the acquisition of 100% stakes in Antworks Solutions India Private Limited for up to INR 70 Cr and Insurant AI Limited for up to USD 1.80 Million. Antworks, an AI-driven Intelligent Document Processing specialist, reported an FY24 turnover of INR 19.08 Cr and a net loss of INR 4.37 Cr. Insurant AI, focusing on InsurTech for global insurance clients, had an FY24 turnover of £4982 and a net loss of £1,763,828. These acquisitions, to be funded via a preferential share issue, will expand GTT Data's AI capabilities and market presence. The authorized share capital will increase from INR 65 Cr to INR 70 Cr.
