The company has announced a board meeting on November 6 that approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board also greenlit two strategic acquisitions: 100% stake in Antworks Solutions India Private Limited and Insurant AI Limited (UK). Antworks, with FY24 turnover of ₹19.08 Cr, specializes in AI-driven document processing, costing up to ₹70 Cr. Insurant AI, with FY24 turnover of £4982, targets the global InsurTech market, costing up to USD 1.80 Million. Both acquisitions will be via share swap to enhance AI capabilities and market reach. To facilitate these, authorized share capital will increase from ₹65 Cr to ₹70 Cr, and a new Merger & Acquisition Committee was formed.
