Kinetic Engineering Ltd — Important, 07-11-2025: Company Update

Kinetic Engineering has made a further cash investment of 9 Cr in its subsidiary, Kinetic Watts and Volts Limited (KWVL), by subscribing to 90 lakh equity shares at INR 10 each. This investment increases Kinetic Engineering's stake in KWVL from 76.90% to 79.79% of the total paid-up share capital. KWVL, which operates in the automobile sector, has an authorized capital of 75 Cr and paid-up capital of 71.84 Cr. This move strengthens KEL's financial commitment to its automobile-focused subsidiary.
