Prism Johnson's board approved Q2FY26 consolidated net profit of ₹2.81 Cr, with a half-year loss of ₹89.79 Cr. The company also increased its shareholding in subsidiary Samini Ceramics from 50% to 90% via a rights issue, with plans to acquire another 8.5%.
