    Shyam Metalics' board approved Q2 & H1 financial results (consolidated profit after tax Q2: ₹261.76 Cr, H1: ₹553.91 Cr). CRISIL upgraded its credit rating to AA+ (Stable). The board also approved re-appointment of an independent director and a postal ballot for director remuneration.
