    Cholamandalam Financial Holdings' board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated PAT grew 8% to Rs 1,214 Cr (Q2) & Rs 2,474 Cr (H1) on strong income. Key subsidiary CIFCL's PAT surged 20%, AUM up 21%. CMSGICL PAT dipped due to MTM.
