    Cholamandalam Financial Holdings' board approved Q2/H1 FY26 consolidated results: PAT rose 8% to ₹1,214 Cr (Q2) and ₹2,474 Cr (H1). The board also approved reclassifying Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions from promoter to public shareholder, pending exchange NOC.
