Q2 EBITDA increased 16.2% to ₹130.69 Cr, reaching 10.4% margins. Operating PAT (pre-exceptional) jumped 32.3% in Q2 and 36.7% for H1. The Engineering segment led growth, with exports up 24% in Q2.
Growth is fueled by strategic capacity expansion, with 75,000 MTPA new capacity operational and another 75,000 MTPA underway, aiming for 450,000 MTPA by FY26. International market penetration and digital transformation (SAP S4 HANA go-live Dec'25) are key strategic focuses.
Recent developments include securing ₹1,243 Cr in new orders, including major 765 kV PGCIL projects, pushing the order book to a record ₹8,820 Cr. Total H1 order inflows grew 33% YoY to ₹3,220.5 Cr. The company also commissioned its second tower test bed. Finance costs improved to 4.2% of sales in Q2.
Management anticipates a record FY26, targeting 25% YoY revenue growth and a stronger second half. They foresee improved operating margins and further finance cost reduction, backed by a robust bidding pipeline exceeding ₹30,000 Cr.
