Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) has approved the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, KIMS Hospitals Pvt Ltd and Chalasani Hospitals Pvt Ltd, into the parent company. This strategic move aims to simplify the corporate structure, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize resource utilization. The merger will also help reduce costs and strengthen KIMS's overall financial position, boosting shareholder value. As these are wholly-owned subsidiaries, no new shares will be issued, and KIMS's shareholding pattern will remain unchanged, ensuring no dilution for existing shareholders. Chalasani Hospitals reported a turnover of ₹74.4 Cr and a PAT of ₹(9.8) Cr for FY25.
