NMS Resources Global Ltd — Important, 07-11-2025: Company Update

NMS Global Limited announced a change in its leadership. Mr. Sugan Chaudhary has resigned from the position of Managing Director due to personal reasons, effective immediately. He will, however, continue to serve as a Director on the company's board. Concurrently, the Board has appointed Mr. Dhananjai Gupta as the new Managing Director. His term will be for five consecutive years, pending approval from shareholders at the upcoming General Meeting. This leadership transition aims to steer the company's future strategic direction.
