NMS Resources Global Ltd — Important, 07-11-2025: Company Update

NMS Global announced a leadership change. Mr. Sugan Chaudhary has resigned as Managing Director, effective immediately, citing personal reasons. He will remain a Director of the Company. Concurrently, the Board has appointed Mr. Dhananjai Gupta as the new Managing Director for a five-year term. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Gupta brings extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, security analysis, taxation, and auditing, along with strong leadership skills.
