    Somany Ceramics' board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated Revenue: Rs 680.53 Cr (Q2) / Rs 1282.00 Cr (H1). Net Profit: Rs 12.31 Cr (Q2) / Rs 19.66 Cr (H1). Plus, three wholly-owned subsidiaries will merge into the parent for better synergy & efficiency.
