    Havells India settled all 'HAVELLS' trademark disputes with HPL Group. HPL acknowledges Havells' absolute rights and will change corporate names. Havells will pay Rs. 129.60 Cr for this full and final settlement, solidifying its brand identity and resolving long-standing litigation.
