Shish Industries Limited's Board has approved the allotment of 2,434,100 equity shares (Re. 1/- each) to warrant holders. This follows the receipt of the balance amount of Rs. 2.19 crore from them for converting 243,410 warrants. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 37.95 crore to Rs. 38.19 crore. This move brings in funds and expands the equity base, reflecting the exercise of previously issued warrants. Allotment is subject to funds realization.
