    Allcargo Terminals Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 10-11-2025: Rights Issue

    Allcargo Terminals (ATL) announced a Rights Issue to raise ₹80 Cr by offering 3,97,98,999 partly paid shares at ₹20/share. Shareholders get 3 new shares for every 19 held (Record Date: November 14, 2025). This fundraise allows existing shareholders to maintain their stake and bolsters company capital.
