Morepen Laboratories secured an unsecured Rs 50 Cr term loan from Kookmin Bank for general corporate purposes. The 3-year facility has a 1-year moratorium, interest at Repo Rate + 2.20% p.a., and is personally guaranteed by CMD Sushil Suri.
