Vascon Engineers' board approved Q2 & H1 FY26 consolidated results. For the quarter, PAT stood at ₹11.43 Cr on revenues of ₹225.63 Cr. Half-year PAT was ₹33.90 Cr with revenues of ₹446.81 Cr. Divestment of subsidiary ACL is paused due to a dispute.
