Venus Pipes & Tubes posted an all-time high revenue of INR 291.5 Cr in Q2 FY26, up 27.3% YoY. For the financial results for the quarter and half-year, H1 FY26 revenue reached INR 568.0 Cr, a 21.1% YoY increase. Segment-wise, Seamless Pipes revenue grew 25% and Welded Pipes jumped 48% in Q2. Exports were a major growth engine, rising 53% YoY to INR 115.6 Cr, now contributing 40% of Q2 revenue.

The company's strategic focus remains on expanding capacity and product diversification. Venus operationalized 1,800 MTPA of seamless pipe/tube capacity in November, pushing total seamless capacity to 16,200 MTPA. Further capacity expansions for fittings and seamless pipes/tubes are scheduled for H2 FY26, positioning them for specialized industries.

Q2 FY26 EBITDA was INR 47.4 Cr (+15.9% YoY) with a 16.3% margin, and Profit After Tax (PAT) hit INR 26.1 Cr (+10.0% YoY). While H1 FY26 PAT saw a slight dip to INR 50.8 Cr, management noted strong demand globally and anticipates continued growth momentum from value-added offerings and operational excellence.
