    Exicom's Q2 standalone revenues surged to ~₹228 Cr (+50% YoY/QoQ), with strong Critical Power (~₹170 Cr) and EV Charging (~₹112 Cr) growth. Consolidated EBITDA was a ₹32.7 Cr loss due to Tritium. Tritium will receive ~₹332 Cr external funding, targeting Q4 FY27 break-even.
