    Vishnusurya Projects and Infra Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 10-11-2025: Preferential issue

    Vishnusurya Projects plans to raise ~Rs 56 Cr by issuing 25.44 lakh equity shares and 7.5 lakh convertible warrants at Rs 170.01 each via a preferential issue to 37 investors. Funds will back strategic investments, including a ~Rs 30 Cr desalination plant project. EGM on Dec 10 for approval.
