Himadri Speciality Chemical (HSCL) has allotted 24,000 new equity shares to two non-promoter warrant holders at Rs. 237 each. This brings in Rs. 0.57 Cr to the company. Post-allotment, HSCL's paid-up capital increases to Rs. 50.45 Cr.
