Suraj Industries Ltd — Important, 10-11-2025: Company Update

Suraj Industries' Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 2,99,25,394 partly paid-up equity shares. These shares, with a face value of Rs. 10 each, were issued at Rs. 40 per share, including a premium of Rs. 30. The allotment was done in a ratio of 21 new shares for every 13 existing fully paid-up shares. This increases the company's total equity share capital from Rs. 18.52 Cr (1,85,25,244 shares) to Rs. 48.45 Cr (4,84,50,638 shares), assuming all calls on the new shares are fully paid. This move strengthens the company's capital structure.
