Shriram Asset Management Company has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported a net loss of ₹4.40 Cr for the quarter and ₹7.19 Cr for the half-year. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Thian Joost Fick as an Additional Director, a Non-executive Non-Independent Director. Mr. Fick, an Actuary with 19 years experience, currently oversees Sanlam Group’s India investments and relationship with Shriram Group. This appointment, along with other matters, will be subject to shareholder approval via a postal ballot.
