Syrma SGS Technology will acquire Elcome Integrated Systems and Navicom Technology for ~INR 235 Cr (first tranche). This move expands Syrma into the defense and maritime equipment manufacturing sector. Elcome (FY25 turnover: INR 155 Cr) and Navicom (FY25 turnover: INR 52 Cr) will boost diversification.
