Syrma SGS is acquiring Elcome Integrated Systems, a defense and maritime equipment manufacturer, for INR 235 Cr initially for a 60% stake, in a multi-tranche cash deal. Elcome will also acquire Navicom. This expands Syrma into new, high-growth defense and maritime markets.
