Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited — Board Meeting, 10-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

DICABS' board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year (Q2 Net Profit: 27.73 Cr, H1: 47.83 Cr). They also approved a Rs. 1,000 Cr QIP for fundraising, new senior management appointments, and a Rs. 173 Cr corporate guarantee for its subsidiary.
