Vascon Engineers saw strong performance in H1FY26, with consolidated revenue reaching Rs 446.31 Cr and PAT at Rs 33.90 Cr, showing significant growth from H1FY25. The company maintains a healthy total order book of Rs 2,800 Cr, primarily driven by its EPC segment, with Rs 2,411 Cr from external EPC orders, 74% of which are government projects, providing good cash flow visibility. Real estate new sales booking in H1FY26 totaled 64,541 sq. ft. for Rs 74 Cr, with total collections of Rs 88 Cr.

The company's strategy focuses on targeting 20% annual growth in EPC revenue and profit before tax, aiming to secure Rs 1,500–2,000 Cr in new EPC orders for FY26. In Real Estate, the focus is on optimizing debt, accelerating ongoing project completion, and preparing for new launches.

Recent developments include securing new orders worth Rs 386 Cr and entering into an MoU with Adani Group as an execution partner. Promoters’ share de-pledging is also underway with SBI approval. The company’s net debt stood at Rs 54 Cr as of Sep 2025. Management expects execution momentum to continue, supported by the robust order book.
