The company maintains an asset-light model, with ~95% of projects through redevelopment/joint development. They are strategically expanding beyond core Western Mumbai suburbs into new micro-markets like Bandra and Prabhadevi, driven by strong brand equity and timely project execution, often ahead of schedule.
Two key launches in September 2025, The Arcadian (Juhu) and Amalfi (Versova), saw exceptional customer response, generating INR 92 Cr and INR 38 Cr in bookings respectively. Six new projects were added in H1 FY26, boosting the pipeline. An IPO raised INR 792 Cr, with INR 550 Cr earmarked for ongoing projects.
Net cash balance stood strong at INR 851 Cr as of September 2025. The company targets FY26 pre-sales of INR 1,100-1,300 Cr and aims for 75-85% YoY revenue growth and 30-35% YoY profit growth.
Management expressed confidence in achieving targets, citing a robust pipeline and sustained demand for premium redevelopment. The total Gross Development Value (GDV) of ongoing and upcoming projects is impressive at INR 13,000-14,000 Cr.
