NRB Bearings' board approved Q2/H1 FY26 consolidated results. Q2 revenue hit ₹325.2 Cr, PAT ₹41.41 Cr. H1 revenue was ₹635.25 Cr, PAT ₹74.22 Cr. The company paid a ₹4.30 final dividend and declared a ₹2.50 interim dividend. Also, in-principle approval was given to acquire Sahney Bearings.
