AION-TECH converted an 8 Cr loan to subsidiary ETO Motors into equity, acquiring 7.33 lakh shares for ~8.06 Cr. While investment in the eMaaS firm increased, AION-TECH's stake dipped from 58.50% to 56.29%. ETO's FY25 turnover was 30.43 Cr.
