Kanpur Plastipack's board approved the financial results for the quarter & half-year. Consolidated net profit surged to ₹7.73 Cr. Also, 3.34 lakh shares were allotted for acquiring 76.19% of Valex Ventures (UK), making it a new subsidiary.
