Orient Ceratech's board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, with consolidated net profit hitting ₹7.49 Cr (Q2) and ₹11.79 Cr (H1). Akhila Samdaria joined as an Independent Director, while Manan Shah was re-appointed MD. A new plant by its subsidiary is also planned.
