    Hitech Corp's board approved Q2 & H1 FY26 consolidated results. Q2 revenue reached ₹164.38 Cr with profit at ₹4.17 Cr. H1 revenue was ₹329.29 Cr & profit ₹8.92 Cr. The board also extended terms for two senior managers and its Whole-Time Director.
