Rajkamal Synthetics Limited has announced that its board has approved an investment of 51% in INDOFRAME INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a new company currently being incorporated. This strategic move will make INDOFRAME a subsidiary, expanding the company's presence in the manufacture of basic iron and steel, structural metal products, and fabricated metal products. The target company has a proposed authorized and paid-up capital of Rs 0.01 Cr each, with shares acquired at a face value of Rs 10. This acquisition is expected to be completed within 60 days of INDOFRAME's incorporation.
