Sula Vineyards reported Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs. 139.7 Cr, a slight dip of 1.1% YoY, mainly due to a temporary market disruption in Telangana impacting Own Brands revenue. Excluding Telangana, Own Brands saw mid-single-digit growth, with Elite & Premium maintaining a 78% share. Wine Tourism had a record quarter, up 7.7% to Rs. 13.2 Cr, driven by increased footfalls and higher occupancy.

The company's strategy focuses on expanding cellar capacity by 1 Million Liters to 19.2 Million Liters per annum by FY26, launching three new wines, and significantly increasing CSD listings. To boost wine tourism and D2C business, Sula launched 'The Haven by Sula,' a 30-key resort, and plans a new tasting room at Domaine Sula by Q3FY26. Improved road connectivity from Mumbai is also a key positive.

Key financial metrics for Q2 FY26 show Operating EBITDA at Rs. 25.5 Cr (down 24.3% YoY) and PAT at Rs. 6.0 Cr (down 58.5% YoY). Management expects recovery in H2 FY26, with EBITDA margins set to improve as the Telangana market stabilizes, high-cost inventory phases out, and wine tourism continues strong growth.
